English assessments two

Due today in my English class, is our first draft for our writing assignment, which we have to review a mom and pop shop here in Colorado Springs. We have to make criteria for it and what we look for at those kinds of places and we have to say what we think of that place and serve. So we are making a review for a mom and pop shop, and the first draft is due today, but I can't remember when the final draft is due, maybe in a week or two.
